Boneless chicken served with a rich

Chicken 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Cashew not 50 gms
Oil 3 tsp
Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Poach the chicken till It is aldente. Remove and keep aside.
Prepare the cashew nut gravy (or) whit gravy and put the chicken in it and cook for some time.
