Ingredients:
Thigh bones Joints – 7
garam Masala
Coconut grated – 1 cup
Oil – 1/4 kg.
Curd 1/4 kg.
Onions (Big ) 4
Lemons – 3
Coriander Leaves 1 Pack
Carrot pieces

Green chillies – 4 Tomatoes 4

 

Procedure: First boil the joints in salt water. Then add masala, mirchi powder and salt on them and do deep fry in the oil to the red colour. Add lemon juice on them. Add water to the curd. Add coriander leaves, carrot pieces, tomato pieces. Dip the joints in this mixture. Keep for some time.
