Ingredients:
Chicken – 1/2 Kg.
Ginger garlic paste – 1 spoon
Chicken masala – 1 spoon
Mirchi Powder – 1 spoon
Corn flour – 1 spoon
Malda – 1 spoon
Red Chilli colour
Salt, Lemon – 1
Soya Sauce – 1 spoon,
Chilli Sauce – 1 spoon,
Tomato Sauce 1 spoon,
Onion – 1
Garlic – 5 leaves & oil

 

Procedure:

Add salt, mirchi powder, maida, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, colour to the cleaned chicken, and keep it for half an-hour. Then fry this and keep aside. Fry onion pieces, garlic leaves, add chilli sauce, soya sauce and 100 ml. water. Then add chicken pieces & boil. Lastly add tomato sauce, coriander & onion leaves for dressing.
