Ingredients:
Chicken keema – 1/2 kg.
Ginger Garlic pieces – 2 spns.
Ginger Garlic Paste plces – 4 spns:
Maida – 4 spoons
Corn flour – 4 spoon
Salt, Green chillies – 10
Mint, Coriander leaves 1 pack Carrot 2 pieces, Oil 1/4 K.
Procedure:
Add ginger garlic paste to the chicken & boil it. Add grated carrots, green chillies, mint coriander ginger garlic pieces. Put them in the oil and fry (red in colour). Serve with Tomato sauce.
