Ingredients:
Chicken Legs — 6
Potatoes – 4 boiled
Cheese – 4 tbsp, grated
(All mashed and mixed)
Lavang -4; Dalchini – 2 stick
Salt to taste, Oil to fry.
For Green chutney
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Pudina leaves – 1/2 cup
Green chillies – 6; Jeera – 1 tablespoon
Lime juice – 2 tablespoon (Grind to paste)
For Coating:
Egg – 2, Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup, Chat Masala – tablespoon
Method:
1) Boil chicken for 5 minutes with ginger garlic, lavang, daichini and salt.
2) Coat the legs with the green chutney. Cover with the mashed potatoes.
3) Dip in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs and deep fry. Sprinkle chat masala, serve hot.
