CASHEW CHICKEN

Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Lemon, Onions, Menthi Leaves,
Mint, Cashew, Turmeric, Curd,
Cloves, Cinnamon Cardamon powder
Salt, Mirchi Powder
Coriander Powder
Ginger Garlic paste,
Coriander leaves, Tomatoes,
Poppy seeds (Gasagasalu)

Procedure:

Fry cashew and keep them separate. Fry onions, Menti koor, Mint. Then add chicken, salt, turmeric, mirchi powder, coriander powder,  masala powder Cook for 15 mm, add tomato & poppy seeds paste, curd, ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Decorate with Coriander leaves and cashew.
