Ingredients:
1 Kg. Chicken,
3 big size onions,
2 tomatoes,
4 green chillies, oil, salt to taste,
Chilli powder, Garam masala 1 tablespoon;
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoons;
Coriander leaves for garnish;
water if required;
khus-khus – 2 tablespoons,
coconut 1/4 cup, Cashew nuts – 4
Method:
Make paste with khus-khus, Coconut, Cashew nut by adding some water. Take oil in a pan. Add onions & chillies to it, fry till it is done. Now add ginger garlic paste fry for 5 minutes. add tomatoes to it. Clean chicken and add salt and some water to it. Place the lid and cook till it is done. Finally add garam masala chilli powder for 5 minutes, now add coriander leaves. Serve hot, with rotis or steamed rice.
