CASHEW MASALA CHICKEN

Ingredients:
Boneless & Skinless Chicken – 1/2 Kg.
Oil – 200 grms.
Cashew – 100 gms.
Onions – 200 gms.
Grated Dry Coconut a 100 gms.
Garam Masala Powder – 1 spoon
Mirchi Powder – 1 spoon
Turmeric – 1/2 spoon, Salt
Tej patha – 4 leaves
Cinnamon – pieces – 2
Cardamom – 4
Cloves – 6
Procedure:

Clean the chicken. Cut the onions vertically (long pieces). Grind the cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom into powder.

Keep the pan on the fire. Put the oil. Put the grinded powder, add Tej patha. After some time add cashew and fry it. Then add onions & fry them into light brown. Then add the chicken. Put 1/2 spoon turmeric, salt. Wait for 5 minutes. After the water is evaporated add ginger garlic paste. After 5 minutes add mirchi powder followed by garam masala powder & coconut powder, put off the fire.
