Procedure:
Soak the chana gram & green gram. After get soaked grind it roughly. Cut the green cillies and onions and coriander leaves into small pieces. Keep the pan on the fire and put 2 spoons of oil in that. Put the Kheema with turmeric of salt in the oil and fry it till the water is evaporated. Add ginger paste & mirchi powder & keep it for 10 minutes. Add this Kheema to the grinded grams. Then add salt, green mirchi & onion & coriander leaves pieces. Add masala powder. Make it into small vadas and fry them in another pan. Le them turn to golden brown colour and remove them from the oil
