Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 Kg.
Mirchi Powder – 4 spoons
Cloves – 15
Cinnamon – 5 grns
Dry Coconut 100 gms.
Poppy Seeds – 10 gms.
Japhi & Jaji Kaya – 10 gms.
Refined oil – 150 gms.
Salt
Coriander leaves — 1 pack
Mint – 1 pack
Curd – 1 cup
Lemon – 1
Onions
Procedure:
Cut the onions into small pieces. First fry the onions & add the powder of all the ingredients. Lastly add chicken and boil for 10 minutes. Mix it well for another 10 mm. till its aroma comes up serve hot.
