LAGAN CHICKEN CURRY

Ingredients:

Chicken -1 Kg

Onions – 250 gms

Ginger garlic Paste

Mirchi powder

Turmeric, Garam Masala
Pepper Powder, Tomato Sauce
Aginamoto, Curd, Refined Oil
Coriander leaves, green chillies
Lemon juice, Cashew nuts,
Orange colour, salt

 

Procedure:

Take chicken add lemon juice & salt and keep it for 10 minutes. Fry onion pieces in light brown colour & add mirchi powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, Pepper powder, tomato sauce. Again add cashew paste & orange colour to the chicken pieces and add them to the fried onion pieces. Fry for 10 minutes.
