Ingredients:
Chicken – 500 gm
Ginger -100 gms
Onions – 250 gms
Garlic – 1 tablespoon
Lime – 1
Salt to taste
Pepper – a pinch
Red Orange Colour – ½ tablespoon
Method:
Clean & cut chicken
Add lime & colour Leave for 15 mm.
Grind onions,
Ginger & garlic separately
Heat oil fry onions paste till brown.
Add chicken cook for 15 mm.
Sprinkle pepper serve
