THAI CHICKEN

 

 

 

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken – 300 gm
Ghee – 4 Tablespoon
Garam Masala Powder 1 Tea spoon
Dhania powder 2 Tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Dhania Patha – 1/2 bundle
Pudina – Small bundle
Salt to taste, Karia Patha,
Red Chillies

Procedure:

In a pan put 1 Tablespoon ghee, red chillies, garlic cloves, pudina, dhania patha and fry. Make paste in a mixture grinder Add to the past to gram masala salt dhania powder red chilli powder turmeric & chicken pieces. Marinate for 1/2 hour. Fry on a thawa with ghee. Sprinkle lemon juice & garnish with karia patha.
