Ingredients:
Boneless chicken sea gms.
Onions – 200 gms.
Garlic Ginger Paste – So ms.
Chilli Powder – 25 gms.
Garam Masala – 5 gms.
Red Colour – 1/2 spoon
Green Chillies – 4
Tomato Sauce – 2 spoons
Coriander Leaves 3 packs
Cardamom – 2, Cloves – 2
Sajeera – 1/2 soon
Tomato – 1, Salt
Procedure:
Wash the chicken. Make a paste of onions, green chillies & salt. Make a paste of ginger garlic. Put a pan on the fire & put oil. First add cardamom, cloves & sajeera, and then add onion paste, next garlic ginger paste & fry It. Add tomato and fry. Then add the chicken which is mixed with salt & mirchi powder. Boil for 20 minutes; lastly add red colour & garam masala powder. Dress it with coriander leaves. Serve it.
