Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg. Mustard powder 1 teaspoon
Method:
Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients except the coating one and set aside for an hour in a refrigerator. Next grind the marinated ingredients into paste. Now add chopped onion & coriander leaves, Now make the dough into desired shape and roll it in egg beated with salt and coat with either crushed comfiakes pressing it firmly, and deep fry it & serve with sauce.
