Procedure:
Add salt, pepper powder, lemon juice to the chicken and keep it for 10 minutes, Afterwards add corn flour, maida, egg, ginger garlic paste to the chicken with water. Then fry these pieces like bajjls. In another pan take some oil then add garlic pieces, green mirchi pieces. Lastly add soya sauce, tomato sauce & again add alt the fried chicken manchuria & 1 cup of water. Till the water is evaporated keep it on the fire. Add ajinamoto & coriander leaves as dressing.
