Ingredients:
Chicken 1/4 Kg,
Ginger Garlic Paste 4 tablespoon
Garam Masala – 2 tablespoon,
Onions 1 cup,
Chilli Powder- 2 tablespoon,
Turmeric Powder – 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Method:
In a pan add oil, fry onions until golden brown color. Add chicken. Fry for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes. add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder mix well for 5 minutes. Add enough water let it boil for 5 minutes. Now add garam masala powder, ginger, garlic paste stir for 2 minutes. Keep lid and let it cook for 15 minutes.
