TANDOORI CHICKEN FRY

Ingrediants:

Whole Chicken — I no
Oil — 100 gms.
Salt to taste (2 spoons)
Garani Masala — 3 tsps
Aginamoto  — 1 spoon
red Chilli Powder — 1 spoon
Curd -. 1 cup
Lemon  — 1/2 lemon
Green Chillies — 100 gms.
Ginger garlic paste — 50 gms
Garlic — 1 spoon
Curry leaves — 4

Method:

Soak chicken with curd, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt with colour garam masala for 1 hour. Then heat oil cook the chicken, mixed till it dries. Add Green chillies, Red chilli, Powder, Garlic, Curry leaves for 5 minutes till it dries.
