CHICKEN FRY COORG

Ingrediens:

Chicken -800 gm.
Green chillies – 1 2
Garlic -2 pods
Ginger – 5 gm(2) piece
Onion (large) -1
cumin -1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp,
Salt to taste,
IFat – 50 gm.
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Method:

Grind spices and salt with vinegar

Apply SI over jointed chicken. Set aside for 1 hour,

Heat fat I added chicken and fry over slow fire.

Cook covered till chicken is tender and fat floats on top.
