Boil palak, green chillies, ginger, sugar strain and grind into paste. Take oil in a pan add jeera, kasoori menthi, garlic chopped, onions, tomatoes and fry on high flame for 2 minutes then add chicken pieces, and cook on high flame, ad plak paste fry well then add basic gravy. To this add Red chilli. powder, Jeera powder., Garam masala powder. & dhania powder & water if required and cook till oil separates. Lastly add cooking cream and check the seasoning.
