Ingredients:
1 Kg. Boneless chicken, 2 big tea spoons of Chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of Haldi, 3 tsp of curry powder (ingredients) Roasted dhanla, jeera Ral, Cinnamon, lavang, Elaichi, Pepper & pods, Menthi 1 pack
Preparation:
Salt mix well into chicken. Now add six big onions cut into a slices, 6 sliced green chillies garlic flakes out of 2 big garlic pods peeled. Juice of 1/4 kg tamarind (thick juice) 1/2 kg. Tomatoes make juice in the mlxi. Mix all these ingredients and add to the 1 kg. chicken mix well. Let it boil and nicely cook till soft. Add 6 tbsp of oil in Kadai and 4 spriced curry leaves and 1/2 cup of garlic and season. Add the whole chicken and mix well garnish with coriander.
