Ingredients:
Chicken Kheema 400 gas
Grated cheese – 1 cube,
Curry leaves chopped 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder — 1 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic – 1 tablespoon
Cashew nut powder – 4 tablespoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 tablespoon
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tablespoon
Chilli Powder 1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix the chicken kheema well with all the above ingredients for 5 to 10 minutes. Make It Into small balls. Dip each ball in beaten egg and roll in crushed cornflakes and keep aside.
