PEPPER GARLIC CHICKEN

Ingredients:
Chicken – 500 gms
Ginger -100 gms
Onions – 250 gms
Garlic – 1 tablespoon
Lime – 1
Salt to taste
Pepper – a pinch
Red Orange Colour – 1 tablespoon

Method:
1) Clean & cut chicken
2) Add lime & colour
3) Leave for 15 mm.
4) Grind onions, ginger & garlic separately
5) Heat oil fry onions paste till brown.
6) Add chicken cook for 15 mm.
7) Sprinkle pepper serve
