CHICKEN PAKODA

Ingredients:

1 Kg. Chicken, Corn flour 1 cup;

2 eggs, Ajinomoto 1/2 spoon,

Soya Sauce 1 tablespoon, Salt to taste;

Garam Masala, Chilli Sauce,

Chilli Powder, Coriander Leaves,

Green Chilies, Red orange colour,

Ginger Garlic paste 4 tablespoons,

Oil to deep fry

 

Method:

Clean chicken and drain water. Add all the ingredients except chillies & coriander leaves. Keep aside for 10 – 20 minutes. Take oil in a pan to deep fry. Heat oil and add the chicken & fry it. Now garnish it with chillies & coriander leaves. Serve hot.
