Ingredients:
Chicken kheema – 1/2kg
Masala’s,
Ginger,
Garlic,
Pepper,
Mirchi,
Salt to taste
Vegetable paste
(carrot, potato, green peas)

Preparation:
Grounded & minced chicken (boneless) mixed with little turmeric powder, salt and mirchi powder is to be soaked for some time before cooking. Then all Masala’s, pastes (vegetable garlic) are to be added and cooked in pressure cooker) vessel for some time. Afterwards, this cooked mix is fried deep till it attains red colour. The fried cutlets are dipped in egg mix and are fried again. The fried cutlets are to be garnished with coriander leaves, lemon and onion rings before eating.
