Ingredients
Chicken wings — 15 Pieces
Orange Juice — 2 cups
Honey — 2tablespoon
Black Pepper Powder — 2 to 3 tablespoon
Red Chillies (crushed) — 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice — 3 tablespoon
Corn Flour — 2 tablespoon
mixed in water
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Soak chicken wings along with orange juice for 15 minutes. Then boil the chicken pieces till the juice is soaked. Add pepper, salt, crushed red chillies, honey to this chicken and fry cook it on high flame. Then add corn flour. Lastly add lemon juice. Serve with pepper. Garnish with orange and coriander.
