CHICKEN FRY

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken 500 gnls.
Maida – 2 spoons
Corn Flour – 2 spoons
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 spoons
Mirchi Powder – 1 spoon, Salt, Turmeric –
Dry Masala Powder – 2 spoons
Curd – 1 cup, Oil – 2 spoons

 Procedure:

Take 1/4 kg of chicken add ginger garlic paste, mirchi powder, turmeric & salt. Keep It for 10 minutes. Add rnaida, cornflour & masala and fry it In 2 spoon of oil for 1/2 hour.  You can add curds and boil it. If you add curd you can use for rice & phulkas. Without curd, you can eat it as dry curry.
